Erin Davis, MSN, AGNP-C, STC
Chief Clinical Officer
Erin is a Nurse Practitioner and Chief Clinical Officer for Work Health Solutions. Prior to joining WHS, Erin managed the Occupational Health Clinic at Stanford University. Her background in orthopedics and sports medicine cultivated her enthusiasm for preventive care and health and safety. She frequently precepts NP students from the UCSF Primary Care/Occupational Health program as she loves to teach in addition to working with patients. Erin loves the outdoors and is a keen world traveler, regularly traveling to foreign destinations in search of new adventures.
Shanna McManus, FNP-C
Lead Nurse Practitioner
Shanna is a Nurse Practitioner with experience working in various arenas of healthcare, including urgent care, surgical services, PICC insertion, home health and primary care. She’s a true Las Vegas native, enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, sons, and dogs, reading and spending time in the pool. When the opportunity arises she escapes to Flagstaff, AZ for the cooler weather.
Ivelisse (Ivey) has a passion for the medical / wellness field, with experience in Urgent Care, Orthopedics, Cardiology and Occupational Health. She enjoys the warm weather of Las Vegas, hiking, fishing and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Debbie Taormina, MSN, ANP-C, COHN-S
Debbie Taormina, MSN, ANP-C, COHN-S is a Nurse Practitioner that specializes in Occupational and Environmental Health. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through an intercollegiate program at St. Mary’s College and Samuel Merritt College. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She is also a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist. Debbie has served on the Board of the California El Camino Real Association of Occupational Health Nurses and the Advisory Board of the UCSF Occupational and Environmental Nursing Program. She is a published author and had the opportunity to present at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Personal Protective Technology Program Stakeholder Meeting and Workshop. Prior to graduating with a BSN, she served in the United States Navy as a hospital corpsman. Her passion for healthcare was recognized during her time there and awarded the United States Naval Achievement Award. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching a great action movie, and enjoying the awesomeness that nature brings to all.

Brenda Cotton is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and an Associate of Applied Science-Surgical Technology in Arizona. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry working in various departments including Workers' Compensation, marketing, sales, claims adjuster, and management. She established a multi-specialty practice management consulting agency specializing in neurosurgery, orthopedic spine, pain management, physiatry, neurology, general orthopedics, and chiropractic care. She is passionate about helping others and understanding the importance of awareness and prevention. She enjoys participating in marathons, cheering for the Las Vegas Golden Knights, golfing, traveling, and vacationing with her two sons Brandon and Quinton, and daughter-in-law Samantha.
